* हंसराज कॉलेज में 70% अटेंडेन्स अनिवार्य होने से कॉलेज से हम माँग करते हैं कि सोसायटीज को 25% और स्पोर्ट्स को 40% अटेंडेंस देने की कृपा करें ~: कुशराज *
कुछ दिन पहले कॉलेज प्राचार्या डॉ. रमा मैम ने स्टूडेन्ट्स के लिए 70% अटेंडेन्स अनिवार्य कर दी है। यदि किसी स्टूडेंट की 70% अटेंडेन्स नहीँ हो पाती है तो वो परीक्षा (एग्जाम) नहीँ दे पाएगा।
अभी सोशल मीडिया पर यह देखने को मिला है कि जिन स्टूडेंट्स की अभी तक 70% से अटेंडेंस कम है। उनके घर पर कॉलेज की ओर से चेतावनीपूर्ण लेटर भेजा गया है और अभिभावक को इस बारे में अवेयर किया गया है और स्टूडेंट्स को 70% अटेंडेंस पूरी करने को कहा गया है।
जब इस बारे में मैंने प्रिंसिपल मैम से बात की तो मैम ने कहा कि ये लेटर वाली बात 100% सही है। 70% अटेंडेन्स के बारे दिल्ली यूनिवर्सिटी के नियमानुसार कॉलेज प्रोस्पेक्टस में लिखा हुआ है। आप इस जानकारी को फैलाएँ कि सभी स्टूडेंट्स सेमेस्टर एग्जाम से पहले अपनी 70% अटेंडेन्स पूरी करें तभी वो एग्जाम दे पाएँगे। मैंने कहा - जी मैम।
कॉलेज में 70% अटेंडेन्स कंपल्सरी होने से ई सी ए, सोसायटीज और स्पोर्ट्स स्टूडेंट्स को भारी नुकसान हुआ है क्योंकि ये स्टूडेंट्स कॉलेज के लिए बड़ी तत्परता से काम करते हैं। उनकी 70% अटेंडेन्स किसी भी हालात में पूरी नहीँ हो पाती। इसलिए हम कॉलेज से माँग करते हैं कि ई सी ए और सोसायटीज को उनके काम हेतु 25% और स्पोर्ट्स स्टूडेंट्स को 40% अटेंडेन्स दी जाए। ताकि ये स्टूडेंट्स भी अपनी 70% अटेंडेन्स पूरी कर सकें और हंसराज कॉलेज को दुनिया का सर्वश्रेष्ठ कॉलेज बनाने में अपना योगदान दे सकें।
ई सी ए कन्वेनर डॉ. माया मैम ने कहा है कि इस संबंध में जल्द ही हम सोसायटीज कन्वेनर और प्रेजिडेंट की मीटिंग बुलाएँगे और स्पोर्ट्स कन्वेनर सर एम. पी. शर्मा ने भी मेरा साथ देने को कहा है।

A few days back, our respected Principal, Dr. Rama Ma'am made it compulsory for every student to have a minimum of 75% attendance to be eligible for the university examination.
Recently through Social Media, it has come out that guardians of students with lesser attendance have been notified and informed of the said norm with a warning to complete 70% attendance to be eligible to sit in the examination via a letter.
When I talked to principal ma'am about the same, she confirmed the information that these letters have been sent and you should make this clear to all the students also.
With this norm, Students from ECA, Societies and those in Sports will have to bear major losses, they can not complete their attendance in any way, which is why we request the college administration to consider our case and please impart attendance on the basis of contribution via ECA, Societies and Sports, so that even these students can sit for Semester Exams.
ECA Convener Dr. Maya ma'am has said that she will call a meeting with Convenors of all the ECA, Societies and the college President.
About the same, Sports Convener Sir MP Sharma has also shown his Support.
